LICENSING & DIGITAL CONTENT USAGE AGREEMENT

This Licensing & Digital Content Usage Agreement (Agreement) governs your purchase, access, download, use, and licensing of all digital content made available by KAIROXX Universe Private Limited (KAIROXX, Company, we, our, or us).

This Agreement applies to all digital products and services offered through our website, applications, digital library, reader platform, subscription services, and future digital distribution channels.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any KAIROXX digital content, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement applies to all digital content published, distributed, licensed, or made available by KAIROXX, including but not limited to:

• eBooks
• Digital books
• EPUB files
• PDF publications
• Interactive books
• Audiobooks
• Digital magazines
• Digital comics
• Illustrations
• Artwork
• Wallpapers
• Downloadable resources
• Educational materials
• Subscription content
• Premium member content
• Sample chapters
• Reader applications
• Future digital products and services

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase or access grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the digital content in accordance with this Agreement.

You receive a license to use the content, not ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights.

All digital content remains the exclusive property of KAIROXX Universe Private Limited or its licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers copyright, trademark rights, design rights, database rights, patent rights, moral rights, character rights, story rights, software ownership, or any other intellectual property rights.

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, you may:

• Read purchased digital books.
• Download content where permitted.
• Store content on your personal devices.
• Create personal backups where expressly permitted.
• Print limited portions solely for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise restricted.
• Access your purchased content through authorized KAIROXX platforms.

Without prior written authorization from KAIROXX, you may not:

• Copy entire books.
• Reproduce substantial portions of content.
• Upload content to file-sharing platforms.
• Redistribute digital files.
• Sell or resell digital content.
• Rent or lease digital content.
• Sublicense digital content.
• Share purchased files publicly.
• Modify or adapt copyrighted works.
• Translate works for publication.
• Create derivative commercial works.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Circumvent Digital Rights Management (DRM).
• Extract illustrations or artwork for commercial use.
• Reverse engineer protected digital content.
• Archive KAIROXX content on unauthorized public repositories.

Unless otherwise specified, licensed users may access purchased digital content on multiple personal devices owned or controlled by the same user.

Examples include desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and authorized eReaders.

Sharing access credentials with individuals outside your household or organization is prohibited.

KAIROXX may implement technological protection measures, including DRM, encryption, secure authentication, watermarking, download restrictions, device authorization, and online license verification.

You agree not to bypass, disable, remove, or interfere with these protections.

Certain digital publications may contain visible or invisible watermarks identifying the licensed copy.

These watermarks assist in protecting intellectual property and investigating unauthorized distribution.

Removing or altering watermarks is prohibited.

Where digital content is provided through subscriptions, access remains valid only during an active subscription.

Expired subscriptions may result in loss of access to subscription-only content.

Previously purchased perpetual licenses remain unaffected unless expressly stated otherwise.

KAIROXX may provide updates, corrections, revised editions, or enhanced versions of digital content.

Whether updates are provided free of charge or require an additional purchase will be determined at KAIROXX's discretion or as described at the time of purchase.

Where supported, users may download content for offline reading.

Offline access remains subject to license verification, DRM requirements, platform limitations, and subscription status (where applicable).

Without prior written authorization, users may not use KAIROXX digital content to train AI systems, fine-tune machine learning models, build datasets, generate synthetic datasets, benchmark AI models, develop large language models, or create derivative AI-generated publications.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the use is commercial, educational, or non-commercial.

Educational institutions, libraries, schools, universities, and organizations wishing to use KAIROXX content beyond individual personal use must obtain an appropriate institutional or commercial license.

Separate licensing terms may apply.

Commercial use of KAIROXX digital content requires prior written authorization.

Examples include corporate training, commercial publishing, advertising, merchandise, film adaptation, television adaptation, animation, game development, public exhibitions, public performances, and educational course distribution.

Commercial licensing requests should be directed to legal@kairoxx.in.

KAIROXX actively protects its intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation may result in license termination, account suspension, removal of access, civil proceedings, injunctive relief, recovery of damages, or criminal complaints where permitted by law.

KAIROXX may suspend or terminate licenses where users violate this Agreement, circumvent DRM, engage in piracy, redistribute copyrighted content, commit fraud, or misuse the Services.

Termination does not affect accrued legal rights or remedies.

Digital content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

KAIROXX does not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIROXX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use licensed digital content.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement.

KAIROXX may revise this Agreement periodically to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or business operations.

Updated versions will be published with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
